Must be willing to work in the office 5 days a week.
Salary - $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities include:
Oversee the day-to-day accounting staff and operations including:
- Bank and credit card statement reconciliations
- Federal excise and sales tax reporting
- Monitor bank and credit card account activity
- Variance analysis and reporting
- Cashflow planning and forecasting
- Complete the monthly and annual close processes, including consolidated financial reporting.
- Prepare, review and deliver the monthly financial reports to the President.
- Coordinate with Human Resources on payroll and benefit reporting.
- Coordinate with other department leaders on reporting and processes to effectively support business needs.
- Preparation of the annual budget.
- Preparation of the annual property tax filings.
- Coordinating with outside firms on corporate tax reporting, annual audits and insurance coverage requirements.
- Monitor compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
- Review financial and operational results with business divisions on monthly basis.
Bachelor's degree in accounting
CPA designation preferred
7+ years industry experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Sage
