Contract Recruiter

Position Summary

Our client is seeking aContract Recruiter to support ongoing talent acquisition initiatives by identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates across a variety of positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to manage recruiting activities, maintain candidate pipelines, and help drive successful hiring outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned positions, from intake through offer stages.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within applicant tracking systems.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, hiring metrics, and pipeline activity.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Support offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment requirements as needed.
• Assist with recruiting projects, process improvements, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and recruiting best practices.
