Job Summary
The client'sBeltsville Aerospace facility is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Coordinator to support Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives across a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role provides hands-on exposure toLean principles, manufacturing processes, and cross-functional collaboration while helping drive a culture of continuous improvement. The successful person in this role will support continuous improvement action items from kaizen events, improve shop floor productivity through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing Tools, basic problem-solving activities, and collection of inspection data to create statistical process charts.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with CI manager, operations team, and Quality team
- Learn new technologies and implement process changes
- Collect data and use it to create statistical process charts
- Reinforce training from kaizen events
- Follow up on identified action items

- Experience with Six Sigma tools and statistical analysis
