Lieu/Location : Centre-ville de Montréal / Downtown Montreal, 3 jours par semaine obligatoires / 3 days per week mandatory on-site
Durée/Duration : 12 mois – 37,5 h/semaine / 12 months – 37.5 hours/week
Le candidat doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :
Requis :
- Minimum 8 ans d'expérience en cybersécurité dont 5 en architecture de solutions
- Expérience en projets complexes avec multiples parties prenantes
- Expertise en communication exécutive et influence
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (avancé)
- Maîtrise des outils : Archimate, Casewise, Confluence, Power BI, Office 365
- Connaissances en cryptographie (gestion des clés, certificats, crypto-agilité, post-quantique)
- Expérience en gestion des identités et des Clientès (GIA),
- Bonne compréhension des modèles IA (LLM, embeddings, fine-tuning)
- Connaissance des risques IA (ex. OWASP Top 10 LLM)
- Expérience en sécurité applicative, cloud, API security et data protection
- Maîtrise des environnements cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Expérience avec HashiCorp Vault
- Connaissance des normes ISO 27001, NIST, OWASP
- Expérience en gouvernance des données / conformité (RGPD / Loi 25)
Atouts :
Certifications (CISSP, CEH) – un atout
Tâches principales :
- Identifier et documenter les capacités fonctionnelles requises
- Analyser les impacts applicatifs et définir les solutions cibles
- Élaborer les orientations technologiques et les architectures
- Produire les livrables d'architecture (schémas, dossiers)
- Concevoir des solutions en cryptographie et/ou IA incluant les requis non fonctionnels
- Collaborer avec les équipes projets, escouades et parties prenantes
- Définir les stratégies de transition, migration et cohabitation
- Communiquer les solutions à différents auditoires (techniques et affaires)
- Assurer la conformité aux normes et standards organisationnels

The candidate must have the following qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, including 5 years in solution architecture
• Experience in complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills
• Bilingual in French and English (advanced level)
• Proficiency with tools such as ArchiMate, Casewise, Confluence, Power BI, and Office 365
• Knowledge of cryptography (key management, certificates, crypto-agility, post-quantum cryptography)
• Experience in identity and access management (IAM)
• Strong understanding of AI models (LLMs, embeddings, fine-tuning)
• Knowledge of AI risks (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs)
• Experience in application security, cloud security, API security, and data protection
• Proficiency with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP
• Experience in data governance and compliance (GDPR / Law 25)
Assets:
• Certifications (CISSP, CEH) are an asset
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and document required functional capabilities
• Analyze application impacts and define target solutions
• Develop technology direction and architecture strategies
• Produce architecture deliverables (diagrams, documentation)
• Design cryptography and/or AI solutions, including non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with project teams, squads, and stakeholders
• Define transition, migration, and coexistence strategies
• Communicate solutions to different audiences (technical and business)
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and frameworks
