Job Title: Configuration Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC 27607 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
The Configuration Analyst will support user provisioning, MFA enrollment, troubleshooting, and reporting. The primary purpose of the Configuration Analyst is to assist with provisioning and troubleshooting user accounts and issues associated with an identity management system in production and training environments. This position will assist users with understanding multi-factor authentication (MFA) and confirm that each user has successfully enrolled in MFA.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear verbal and written communication.
  • Assist with granting user access to enable report generation and exports.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and interpret automated system issues.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience with browser-based applications.
  • 5 years of experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting automated system problems.
  • 1 year of experience working in an application-support-based help desk environment (not hardware support).
