As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join ourComponents Sales Department as aComponents Data Entry Specialist.

$18–$20/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Components Sales team with material take-offs for customer orders.
• Assist with raw material take-offs to help determine the materials needed for component orders.
• Review and organize sold orders to ensure they are properly prepared for production.
• Distribute sold orders to the appropriate production team members.
• Work closely with the Components Sales team to help keep orders organized and moving efficiently.
• Provide general support to the Components Sales team as needed.
• Help ensure information is accurate and complete throughout the ordering process.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Exemplary customer service and telephone skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Blueprint or architectural reading experience preferred.
• Experience in the metal building industry is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company software and systems.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
