Senior Customer Service Officer, Correspondence Team

Position Responsibilities:
- Resolve written enquiries received from customers, agents, government sectors, regulatory bodies, etc.
- Conduct investigations independently and offer quality resolutions to customers to resolve the matters
- Ensure cases are handled within the standard turnaround time and in compliance with the company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Work with other departments on case resolution and streamline the workflow to enhance customer experience
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of life insurance products is an advantage
- HKDSE/ HKCEE/ diploma qualification will be required
- Qualified license of IIQE 1, 3 and 5
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written Chinese and English
