Position Responsibilities:
Handle sensitive issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction;
Provide detailed oral and written communication to business areas regarding inquiry resolutions;
Identify customersā needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives;
Meet personal/team qualitative and efficiency targets.
Apply premium payments and deposits to policiesā
Facilitate changes in payment mode, banking details, and pre-authorized checkingā
Process wire, refund, suspense clearing, premium offset and chargebackā
In charge of responding to general billing and policy change inquiriesā
Conduct research and historiesā
Required Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
Previous experience in the customer service industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Postāsecondary education or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of Liberty Health (LH) systems is considered an asset
Experience with Health and Dental products is a strong asset
High aptitude to learn and apply information quickly
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fastāpaced, evolving environment while maintaining professionalism
Customerācentric mindset with a proactive, āgoāaboveāandābeyondā approach

Salary range is expected to be between
$42,525.00 CAD - $70,875.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
