Manager- Enterprise Analytics

Our team is composed of goal-oriented and strategic-thinking individuals, and we are looking to add a senior associate who will support on the enterprise Power BI reporting setup.

We are looking for an experienced Power BI / Fabric Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of Sutherland Enterprise BI Projects. The role involves managing a team, defining BI strategy, and ensuring high-quality dashboards and data models to support business decision-making.

• MCA or M.Sc. or equivalent, IT, or related field.
• 10 to12+ years of experience in BI/Analytics.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Power BI (Desktop & Service).
  • DAX, Power Query (M).
  • SQL & Data Modeling.
• Experience withAzure / Microsoft Fabric is preferred.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Data warehousing concepts
  • ETL processes
  • Data governance & security
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to tools like Azure Data Factory & Google Looker.
• Knowledge of Python/R for advanced analytics.
