Strategic HR Projects Specialist

We are seeking a driven, proactiveStrategic HR Projects Specialist to join our Talent & Employee Experience Team. This role offers high-visibility versatile projects and direct exposure to senior stakeholders.

You will work at the intersection ofHR strategy and Employee Experience Projects, designing and implementing initiatives that strengthen our global project capabilities aligned with business strategies and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will contribute to global projects, from strategical design to execution:

• Support strategic HR initiatives from concept through to global roll-out, collaborating with regions, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistent execution
• Translate evolving business needs into targeted actions that strengthen talent attraction, engagement, and retention
• Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to generate actionable insights and provide evidence-based recommendations
• Develop clear, impactful presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and progress to diverse audiences
• Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery
• Contribute to and drive cross-functional HR initiatives across Talent Management, Employee Experience, and Early Careers

You bring a mix ofstrategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands-on execution:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inBusiness Administration
• At least 3-5 years of experience in an operational HR role 
• Experience in a Consulting role and ideally experience with strategic transformation of HR in a global corporate environment
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders 
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability totranslate data and insights into actionable plans
• High autonomy, anentrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine can-do attitude
• Experience with digital channels and tools (e.g. LinkedIn, careers pages, CMS, Canva, Adobe tools)
• Business fluency inGerman & English
