Salary:  Basic £24,900 + Bonus (OTE £28,000)

What will I be doing?

• Being the first point of contact for customers with questions about their insurance policy
• Chasing and resolving missed payments
• Making changes and updates to policy details
• Handling cancellations and answering policy-related queries
• Retaining customers by saving insurance policies where possible
• Managing a mix of inbound and outbound customer calls
• Carrying out general administration to keep everything running smoothly

What you’ll bring

• Experience in an administrative role
• Experience in sales or a customer-focused role (preferred)
• Great communication skills and a natural problem-solving mindset
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office
