We have an opportunity for anAssembly Operator to join ourDelavan, WI team. You will perform required operations to assemble, test and package all sizes and types of Irrigation pumps.

You will:

• Perform assembly operations including: electrical connections and decal application to produce a variety of Agricultural type pumps.  
• Administer high pot and unit performance tests according to predetermined standards.
• Perform final packaging operations.
• Perform in-process quality checks and correct non-conformances.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of recent manufacturing experience
• Standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 40lbs
• Steel toed shoes are required on the production floor.
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork environment

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

• 2nd shift 2:00pm – 10:30 pm
• Mandatory OT required (after shift or on weekend)

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is:$18.50 + 8% shift premium for 2nd shift.  Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
