Job Description:

As a Burger King Team Member, you will be a vital part of our restaurant operations, ensuring every customer receives a high-quality meal and excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
* Prepare and cook food items according to Burger King's strict recipes and food safety standards.
* Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and toasters safely and efficiently.
* Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen.
* Restock supplies, ingredients, and condiments as needed throughout the shift.
* Ensure all food preparation and storage areas comply with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
* Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Qualifications

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Prior experience in food service or a similar customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
* A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
