Breakfast Attendant

Job Description:

The Hotel Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing guests with a positive breakfast experience by preparing and maintaining the breakfast area and offering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
* Set up and stock the breakfast buffet according to company standards and health code regulations.
* Prepare and cook breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, and waffles.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
* Replenish food and beverage items as needed throughout breakfast service.
* Greet guests warmly and assist them with any requests or questions.
* Ensure all food temperatures are maintained at safe levels.
* Clear and clean tables promptly after guests depart.
* Wash dishes and utensils used during breakfast service.
* Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
* Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
* Assist with inventory and ordering of breakfast supplies.

Qualifications
* Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
* Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
* Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Shift:

Saturday and Sundays 6 AM Start Time; Opportunity for full-time hours in the house-keeping department
