Travel Plaza Cashier

Job Description:

As a Travel Plaza Cashier at Onvo, you will be the face of our convenient and friendly service, responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced travel plaza environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Operately cash register and POS system to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
* Provide friendly, prompt, and helpful customer service, answering questions and assisting with product location or general inquiries.
* Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and assist with general store cleanliness as needed.
* Handle cash and maintain an accurate cash drawer, including counting and reconciling at the beginning and end of shifts.
* Process fuel transactions and assist customers at the fuel pumps as required.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to age-restricted sales (e.g., tobacco, alcohol).
* Assist with other duties as assigned by store management.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.
* Basic math skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
