Travel Plaza Cashier

Job Description:

As a Travel Plaza Cashier at Onvo, you will be the face of our retail operations, responsible for processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized sales area, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities
* Operate cash register and process various payment types, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
* Scan and bag merchandise, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and loss prevention.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is a plus.
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

This is a part-time 3rd Shift Position (11 PM - 7 AM)
