The role is responsible for the end-to-end maintenance of cards processes including setting up direct debit, adding additional card holder, changing statement cycle, reducing limit and managing end to end package for credit card.

Experience

Experience in financial services, lending operations, or commissions administration

Understanding of credit cards

Familiarity with NAB systems (e.g., Commissions GUI, ebobs, LOIS, SharePoint) and workflow management tools is desirable

Key Accountabilities

Process Card Maintenance Requests: Complete card servicing and maintenance activities accurately and within agreed SLA/TAT, following established procedures.

Risk & Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with bank policies, operational controls, privacy requirements, and delegated authorities, escalating exceptions appropriately.

Quality & Accuracy: Maintain high standards of processing accuracy, complete required validations, and minimise errors, rework, and customer impact.

Workload & Productivity Management: Effectively manage allocated work queues and cases, prioritising time-sensitive requests while meeting productivity and service-level expectations.

Customer Outcomes & Continuous Improvement: Take ownership of requests through to completion, support positive customer outcomes, and identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency

Essential Capabilities

High attention to detail and accuracy in processing commission-related tasks

Strong organisational and time management skills to meet turnaround times and service levels

Effective communication skills for liaising with brokers, aggregators, bankers, and internal stakeholders

Ability to follow SOPs, compliance, and control requirements

Initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and escalate as needed
