How You’ll Contribute
Demonstrating sound leadership, optimism and exceptional communication with members and coachesÂ
Engaging more members in more programs and with more coachesÂ
Committing to Gain, Train, and Retain world class aquatics talent
Monitoring aquatics associates development and career pathwayÂ
Developing, delivering, and measuring aquatics programsÂ
Conducting annual talent reviews of aquatics associatesÂ
Overseeing annual aquatics budgetÂ
What You’ll Need to SucceedÂ
Have five or more years of management, talent development, and programming experience
Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Possess nationally recognized certifications in aquatics including: AFO or equivalent, CPR/AED, First Aid
Possess ability to provide multisensory instruction: auditory, visual, tactile, kinesthetic
Possess the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and timelyÂ
Have collaborative team-building and performance management capabilities

Compensation & Benefits
This is a salaried role with an annual compensation range of 48,000 - 55,000.
Addition hourly compensation of $20- $24 per hour may be earned as an Aquatics coach for our swim program.
The final offered compensation will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
