We are looking for aPricing & Costing Transformation Analyst to support a strategic international transformation project focused on pricing, costing and deal profitability. Over asix-monthfixed term contract, you willworkcloselywithseniorstakeholdersacrossSales,Finance,Operations,DeliveryandTransformationfunctionstoassesscurrentpricingpractices,identifyimprovementopportunitiesandhelpdevelopascalablepricingmodelthatsupportsbetterbusinessdecision-making.

Thisroleoffershands-onexperienceinbusinessanalysis,consulting-styletransformation,financialmodellingandexecutivestakeholderengagementwhiledeliveringmeaningfulimpactacrossourinternationalorganisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conductastructuredassessmentofcurrentpricing,costinganddealevaluationpracticesacrossinternationalteams,gaininganunderstandingofexistingmethodologies,assumptions,governanceframeworks,approvalprocessesanddecision-makingapproaches.

• PartnerwithstakeholdersacrossSales,Pre-Sales,Finance,Delivery,OperationsandTransformationfunctionstogatherrequirementsthroughinterviews,workshopsandprocessreviews,documentingcurrent-stateprocesses,painpoints,risksandimprovementopportunities.

• Analysethecommercial,operational,financialanddeliverydriversthatinfluencedealprofitability,pricingdecisionsandbusinessperformance,usinghistoricaldata,marketbenchmarksandstakeholderinsightstoidentifyoptimisationopportunities.

• Support the design of a future-statepricingandcostingframeworkbydefiningbusinessrequirements,governanceprinciples,ownershipmodels,approvalstructures,keyperformanceindicatorsandstandardisedprocessesthatcanbeadoptedconsistentlyacrosscountriesandbusinessunits.

• Build,testandrefineascalableExcel-basedcostingandpricingmodel,incorporatingadvancedmodellingtechniques,pricingassumptions,scenarioplanningandsensitivityanalysiscapabilitiestosupportinformedcommercialdecision-making.

• Prepareandpresentfindings,recommendationsandprogressupdatestoseniorstakeholders,contributingtoexecutive-leveldiscussionsonpricingstrategy,processimprovement,governanceandfuturetechnologyopportunities.
