Maintenance Supervisor – Thessaloniki Greece

Knauf Greece, is actively seeking aMaintenance Supervisor for its Plant in Thessaloniki, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and manage the maintenance team while ensuring safety in the area of responsibility.

• Plan and implement the daily maintenance schedule.

• Prepare and supervise maintenance activities.

• Develop and execute improvement projects and plant modifications.

• Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate related purchase orders.

• Oversee, coordinate, and develop the skills and performance of the maintenance team.

• Collaborate closely with the plant management team to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Solid knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, electrical devices, and PLC programming.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of German will be considered an asset.

• Strong managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
