Are you our new Test Coordinator?

As a Test Coordinator at Intrum in Athens, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing testing activities across IT projects within Market Greece, ensuring high-quality solution delivery and operational readiness. You will work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and Group IT teams to ensure structured, efficient, and compliant testing processes throughout the project lifecycle.

What will you do:

• Define and implement testing strategies, approaches, and quality assurance activities across IT projects 
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and testing schedules 
• Coordinate all testing phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and integration testing 
• Ensure alignment with Group IT governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements 
• Manage defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution activities in collaboration with development and support teams 
• Coordinate business users during UAT activities and ensure proper testing sign-off procedures 
• Monitor testing progress and provide regular reporting on quality metrics, risks, and issue resolution status 
• Ensure proper documentation of testing activities, results, and audit-related evidence 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to testing methodologies, tools, and quality assurance practices 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery and operational stability 

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field 
• 3–5+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test coordination roles 
• Experience coordinating testing activities within complex IT projects and system implementations 
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, testing lifecycles, and quality assurance principles 
• Experience with defect and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps 
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to coordinate multiple testing streams and stakeholders simultaneously 
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English 

It’s a plus if you bring:

• ISTQB certification or equivalent 
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments 
• Knowledge of data migration testing and system integration testing 
• Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and testing tools
