What does a successful Senior Product Manager do at Fiserv?  

As a Senior Product Manager at Fiserv, you willbe responsible for enhancing the end-to-end merchant experience todeliver innovative card products that seamlessly integrate into the Clover and Fiservmerchant ecosystem. The Financial Services teamis responsible forimproving merchant’s financial health: We create integratedbranded credit card and payment solutions and build tools to help merchants manage theircashflow.

You willbe responsible forbringing integrated products to market, including coordinating with marketing and sales to drive adoption and customer success a roadmap with clear requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and delivering quality updates to reshape the end-to-end merchant experience on Clover.  

What you will do:  

• Be responsible for enhancing theend-to-end merchant experience forSMB Financial merchant experience products across multiple platforms (device, web and mobile) to drive deeper engagement throughout the merchant lifecycle 

• Drive product development life cycle from concept, design, testing, and production deployment, and product commercialization, including all improvementsof road map and statement of direction development. 

• Conduct market research and competitive product analysis; gather and analyze user feedback; and measure and track the performance  

• Create a narrative that can clearly articulate the problem statement, hypothesis, and expected outcomes, against key metrics, for your product area  

• Partner with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Merchantsolutionsand Data Science to scope and execute on enhancementsand integrations for key initiatives for both near andlong termhorizon projects  

• Partner with Product Marketing and Customer Support toexecute go-to-marketstrategy for key initiatives   

What you need to have:  

• 8+ years of work experience in Product Management roles working with Engineers, Design, and ProductMarketing preferably in B2B SaaS or e-commerce, or branded credit card or commercial card space 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field or equivalent work experience   

• Experience bringing integrated products to market, including coordinating with marketing and sales to drive adoption and customer success   

• Proventrack record of delivering successfulcard payment products or features andthird-party integrations   

• Experience across Web, Android, and iOS products  

• Significant experience in managing the product development lifecycle and working in an agile environment  

• Proventrack record of using data to influence requirements,design and implementation  

• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and their documentation   

• Ability to work closely with engineering teams to scope and deliver technical solutions   

• Experience collaborating with external partners, including negotiating priorities, aligning on roadmaps, and driving successful outcomes that drive revenue

• Is a passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas  

• Demonstrates an ability to be extremely organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once  

• Experience launching and scaling branded credit card or commercial card products 

How you’ll work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Salary Range

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
