• Receive documents
• Route shipments
• Process shipments
• Monitor shipments
• Daily MBL check and system update
• Ensure all customers standard operating procedures are followed as per Customer SOP
• Follow OPS and DE requirements on all aspects
• Build and maintaining strong relationships with customers

• College graduate or above.
• Global logistics industry knowledge
• Good computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word)
• Fluent in English
