Senior DevOps Engineer

We are building an enterprise secure access platform used across multiple organizations, working with modern cloud networking, Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps technologies. As aSenior Developer, you will implement and operate the HashiCorp Boundary platform under the technical leadership of the Lead Developer, collaborating with experienced platform engineers while expanding your expertise in enterprise access management and AI-assisted engineering.

Responsibilities

• Implement HashiCorp Boundary controllers, workers and access model
• Develop Terraform/Terragrunt infrastructure
• Configure AWS-Azure networking for secure platform connectivity
• Implement Entra ID / Active Directory integration
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and operational tooling
• Drive DevSecOps, security and compliance improvements
• Document implementation patterns and operational procedures
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices
• Deliver a production-ready Boundary platform
• Build secure AWS-Azure connectivity
• Support enterprise adoption through automation and documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software, platform or infrastructure engineering
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform and Terragrunt
• Knowledge of AWS Networking (Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway, Network Firewall) and Azure Networking
• Familiarity with HashiCorp Boundary or similar enterprise access platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
• Skills in Python, Linux and Docker
• Background in DevSecOps practices, including SAST, SCA and Secrets Management
• Competency in CI/CD automation
• Showcase of technical leadership, mentoring, ownership and collaboration
• Daily use of Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot
• Understanding of AI-assisted software development, prompt engineering and LLM fundamentals
• Experience integrating AI into engineering workflows
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID OIDC and ExpressRoute
• Knowledge of Enterprise PAM / Zero Trust platforms
• Skills in GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with MCP servers and AI automation tooling
