Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. We need an experienced Cloud Kubernetes Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain our multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments. You'll work with cutting-edge GitOps practices and infrastructure-as-code to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage production Kubernetes clusters, including EKS on AWS and AKS on Azure, across multiple environments such as dev, uat, and prod, and across various regions
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD to automate application deployment and manage cluster configurations
• Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform for provisioning cloud resources and Helm/Helmfile for managing Kubernetes applications
• Monitor the health and performance of clusters using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch, and set up alerting and incident response procedures
• Manage cluster operators and controllers, including Argo Workflows, Argo Rollouts, cert-manager, cluster autoscaler, and AWS/Azure-specific CSI drivers
• Apply security best practices covering network policies, pod security policies, secrets management (using tools such as AWS Secrets Manager and External Secrets Operator), and RBAC configuration
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within distributed systems spanning compute, networking, and storage layers
• Partner with development teams to refine application deployment strategies and optimize resource utilization
• Produce documentation covering infrastructure architecture, operational runbooks, and standard procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on, relevant experience in a similar engineering role
• Strong orchestration experience with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and Argo Rollouts
• Practical knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools, including Terraform, Helm, and Helmfile
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and Pyroscope
• Background implementing security tooling, including cert-manager, External Secrets, Kyverno, and Calico
• Familiarity with storage solutions such as EBS CSI, EFS CSI, and S3 CSI/Mountpoint drivers
• Knowledge of networking components, including AWS VPC CNI, load balancers, and network policies
• Solid communication skills with working English fluency at B2 level or higher, enabling clear understanding of business requirements and their translation into technical architectures

• Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for building and managing cloud infrastructure
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure for deploying and maintaining cloud-based resources
