Senior DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS to support OTP services
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of .NET applications in Windows environments
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of OTP solutions
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure OTP services remain highly available and reliable
• Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar
• Manage Windows servers, including configuration, patching, and security hardening
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and regulatory requirements for authentication systems
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for production systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a focus on AWS, .NET, and Windows environments
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Proficiency in deploying and managing .NET applications on Windows servers
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and tools (CloudFormation, Terraform)
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, etc.)
• Knowledge of security best practices for authentication and identity management systems
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with OTP, MFA, or authentication systems
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) in Windows environments
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and load balancers in AWS
• Experience with automated testing and deployment of .NET applications
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
