Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking aSenior DevOps Engineer to architect, govern, and evolve cloud and platform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and operational practices. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic architectural decision-making to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-effective systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and architect Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and cloud environments
• Design and maintain CI/CD platforms and automation workflows
• Implement ArgoCD and GitOps practices across deployment pipelines
• Configure and harden NGINX, including header protection enforcement
• Remediate vulnerabilities identified through security tools and penetration testing
• Apply Git best practices and branching strategies across teams
• Manage and maintain on-premises infrastructure
• Enforce infrastructure security and hardening measures aligned with SOC 2 compliance
• Document architecture through HLD/LLD, diagrams, and ADRs
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and capacity planning

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles
• Expertise in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with hybrid and multi-cloud architectures
• Knowledge of traditional datacenter, converged (CI), and hyperconverged (HCI) infrastructure for mission-critical, high-availability environments
• Proficiency in server architecture, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, routing, and switching
• Familiarity with networking hardware from Cisco, Aruba (HPE), Fortinet, Meraki, A10, and Dell
• Background in infrastructure security architecture, IAM, RBAC, and network security (firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS)
• Skills in storage architecture (SAN, NAS, object storage), backup and recovery, and data replication strategies
• Competency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Qualifications in monitoring and observability practices, including logs, metrics, alerts, and SLA/SLO planning
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
