Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking aLead Business Analyst to drive requirements and delivery alignment for a strategic e-commerce program. You will translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, keep the backlog healthy, and enable teams to deliver value efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and analysis
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and technical enabler stories
• Decompose epics into INVEST user stories with clear acceptance criteria and definitions of done
• Break down features into end-to-end scenarios, user journeys, and diagrams to visualize scope
• Manage and refine the backlog with the Product Owner to support sprint goals and delivery outcomes
• Align distributed development teams by initiating internal discussions and removing blockers quickly
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and developers to ensure shared understanding and timely decisions
• Apply Agile/SAFe practices to maintain SDLC discipline and predictable execution
• Write high-quality technical stories that communicate complex concepts unambiguously
• Coordinate across teams and time zones to ensure smooth collaboration and progress
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve day-to-day analysis and documentation efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in e-commerce and search domains
• Strong leadership skills in distributed onshore/offshore environments
• Agile/SAFe delivery experience across the SDLC
• Expert requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• Advanced backlog management skills with INVEST user stories and acceptance criteria
• Technical story writing skills for functional, non-functional, and enabler work
• Working knowledge of API features
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills to drive decisions and resolve conflicts
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ownership and limited guidance
• Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
