Data Delivery Manager

We are looking for a dynamicData Delivery Manager to oversee data solution delivery from start to finish, guaranteeing exceptional results for our clients.

This position requires managing intricate data migration, platform, and management initiatives, all while building solid client relationships and maintaining best practices in data solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of delivery for assigned accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for all delivery matters, including escalations and client engagement concerns
• Maintain governance over delivery management and production processes in line with the delivery model
• Manage resource allocation to match project roadmaps and necessary skill sets
• Provide technical oversight to guarantee robust, future-proof architecture and quality compliance
• Cultivate lasting client partnerships
• Spot and mitigate engagement risks while proactively resolving client concerns
• Manage the preparation of proposals and statements of work for client engagements
• Keep projects aligned with organizational processes and agile methodologies
• Ensure clients meet their own responsibilities and commitments
• Create delivery plans that include resource estimates and timelines
• Implement ongoing risk management strategies across the project lifecycle
• Track and improve delivery productivity
• Assist sales teams by lending expertise to bid processes and helping win new business
• Guide and mentor fellow delivery managers to cultivate talent internally
• Engage actively within EPAM's delivery management community
• Support the expansion and operations of the local Data Practice

Requirements

• 14-20 years of experience with strong expertise in data delivery management and data solution architecture
• Demonstrated success leading complex data migration, platform, or management projects
• Deep understanding of governance processes and delivery models, especially agile frameworks
• Experience working across multiple teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of building risk management and productivity improvement strategies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline
• Ability to deliver technical leadership that ensures strong architecture and technical excellence
