AI Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for anAI Full Stack Engineer to join a new digital engineering initiative supporting an enterprise asset management and analytics platform for a global organisation in the energy and industrial sector.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team to build modern full stack applications andAI-enabled capabilities, leveraging AI throughout the software development lifecycle to accelerate development and solve complex engineering problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications across frontend, backend, database and infrastructure layers
• Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex or similar to accelerate development, troubleshooting, testing and code optimisation
• Apply software engineering best practices across the solution lifecycle, including CI/CD, application architecture, API integration, database design and cloud infrastructure
• Contribute to the development and integration of AI-enabled capabilities, including AI agents and intelligent automation
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, AI specialists and other technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions in a modern cloud environment

Requirements

• Experience with at least one major UI framework, such as React, Angular or equivalent
• Strong experience with at least one backend programming language, such as .NET/C#, Java, Python, Node.js or equivalent
• Good understanding of software engineering best practices across frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure and CI/CD
• Proficiency using AI coding tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex or equivalent as part of the software development process
• Strong problem-solving and learning ability, with the capability to leverage AI and modern engineering practices to work across different technologies

Nice to have

• Experience with spec-driven development methodologies or tools such as SpecKit or BMAD
• Experience creating, integrating and troubleshooting AI agents
• Familiarity with AI services offered by AWS, Azure or GCP
