  • Coordinate cross-functional Integrated Product Development Teams (IPDTs) including engineering, avionics, structures, systems integration, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, airworthiness, and flight test operations.
  • Oversee aircraft modification, systems installation, integration, validation, and flight test readiness activities to ensure successful program execution.
  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, ensuring alignment between engineering deliverables, aircraft availability, test milestones, and certification objectives.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively across integration and flight test activities while identifying and resolving potential schedule or technical bottlenecks.
  • Monitor program budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization to ensure projects remain aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, and resolve program risks related to technical integration, airworthiness, certification, safety, supply chain, and schedule performance.
  • Support configuration management, change control, and engineering release processes throughout the aircraft integration lifecycle.
  • Coordinate test planning and support activities including ground testing, systems verification, instrumentation integration, flight readiness reviews, and test campaign execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Transport Canada, FAA, military, customer, and aerospace quality standards as applicable.
  • Prepare and present program updates, milestone reviews, risk assessments, dashboards, and executive status reports to leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within program management, systems integration, and IPDT execution processes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, customers, regulatory authorities, and external partners to support successful program delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aviation Management, Business, or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace project/program management, aircraft integration, flight test, or systems engineering environments.
  • Experience working within aerospace development, certification, avionics integration, or flight test programs is strongly preferred.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft systems integration, aerospace development lifecycles, and flight test operations.
  • Knowledge of aerospace certification and regulatory requirements including Transport Canada, FAA, military standards, or equivalent is preferred.
