TheSr. FP&A Analyst is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and cost controlling activities for global manufacturing organizations (US, Austria, PRC).

This position reports to theFinance Director, Global Operationand is part of theGlobal Operations Finance team located inShanghai and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Performmonthly cost variance analysis including PPV, work order variance, and labor/absorption efficiencyfor 3 manufacturing sites
• Monitorinventory movements and cost trends, and provide insights on inventoryMOM outlook and forecast vs. actual
• Consolidatemonthly manufacturingOVH forecast and annual budget for global manufacturing sites, provide overview.
• Partner with US, Austria, and PRC Finance and Operations teams onproduct costing, inventory management, andE&O provisions.
• SupportFreight/tariff analysis and provide timely reports on cost changes
• Analyze
• Supportbusiness case and scenario analysis for growth projects and operational initiatives
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and other tasks assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Over 3 years in finance, with strong exposure tomanufacturing finance / FP&A / cost controlling
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong business partnering mindset with ability to collaborate across regions
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Fluent English is required as the working language

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Oracle, HFM or Onestream experience
• CPA/ACCA is plus
