The goal of Damen Song Cam is to develop, design and construct a portfolio of tugboats, and high-speed crafts in the most effective and efficient manner. Primarily based on standardized & smart-customized designs. Damen Song Cam is fulfilling current and developing market demands, with well-balanced levels of quality, service, price, and delivery time; thereby providing optimal solutions for our clients. Our vessels are produced at our yards in Thien Huong ward, Hai Phong city, Vietnam as well as in other countries such as Singapore, China, Turkey and The Netherlands. 

The role 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Application Support professional to join our R-Drive support team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between the SSC department and business units such as IT, QC and HSEQ, ensuring the effective use, configuration, and maintenance of the R-Drive system. 

You will be responsible for first-line user support, user and access management, project setup, system data hygiene, ticket handling via ServiceNow, and general application administration. This position is ideal for candidates who combine a solid understanding of business processes with a strong affinity for IT applications. 

Key accountabilities 

Your tasks are the following: 

• Manage user accounts and access rights within the R-Drive system, ensuring data security and user clarity;
• Configure and maintain project structures in R-Drive according to business needs;
• Ensure “system hygiene” by following up on form/project closures and maintaining data cleanliness;
• Providefirst-line support: log, resolve or escalate incidents and service requests;
• Draft and update user manuals and training documentation; 
• Help implement and manage a ticket handling flow viaServiceNow, including follow-up and reporting;
• Coordinate with users and suppliers to troubleshoot issues and deploy new or updated features;
• Conduct or coordinate testing of new releases, document results and ensure smooth handover to users;
• Support user onboarding and provide basic training on how to use the system effectively. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

To be successful in this role you bring: 

• An education in HSEQ, QC, PM or business processes with an understanding/interest in IT Application support;
• 2+ years of experience in application support, IT business support, or similar roles;
• Strong command ofEnglish, both written and spoken, for internal and international communication;
• Good understanding ofbusiness processes, especially inproject management, QC, and HSE environments;
• Demonstrated affinity withIT applications and system-based work;
• Strongproblem-solving skills and analytical thinking;
• Organized, precise, and tidy working style;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Willingness to travel occasionally, mainly within Vietnam.
