Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aProgram Manager . The “Program Manager” will be based in …Guadalajara South …, reporting to …Program Management Manager…In this role, you will be In-charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

What a typical day looks like:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.

• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.

• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.

• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.

• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.

• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.

• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

• Maintain current and develop additional business with customers

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.

• Advanced English

• Previous Experience as a PM

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Outlook, basic Core Tools) and problem-solving methodology

• ExperienceinElectronicsManufacturingenvironment.

• ProvenexperiencemanagingNewProductIntroduction(NPI)programs.

• Directcustomer-facingexperience

• Experienceleadingcross-functionalteamsinamanufacturingenvironment.

• Strongunderstandingofmanufacturingoperationsandproductionfloorprocesses.

• Knowledgeofpurchasing,supplychain,logistics,customerservice,andprogramfinancialmanagement.

• AdvancedEnglishcommunicationskills(writtenandverbal)aremandatory.

• Experienceinthefollowingrolesarehighlydesirable:

  • ProgramAdministrator
  • Product Manager.
  • ProgramAnalyst
  • NPICoordinator
  • CustomerServiceManager
