Job Summary


To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add aMaster Schedulerlocated inSouth Campus.
Reporting to theProduction Planning ManagertheMaster Scheduler’srole involves:
What a typical day looks like:
- Create daily production schedules Â
- Supervise that deadlines are met.Â
- Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilizationÂ
- Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand managementÂ
- Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.Â
- Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtimeÂ
- Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materialsÂ
- Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilizationÂ
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.Â
- Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issuesÂ
- Provide training to staff members as requiredÂ
- Report key metrics as requiredÂ
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Production Planning and Production Control.
- Strong knowledge of production plans and production order management.
- Experience with NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.
- Ability to ensure production requirements and material availability are met.
- Monitor Days of Supply (DOS) and inventory levels.
- Experience with cycle count planning and inventory control.
- Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve production planning issues.
- Cross-functional communication with Manufacturing, Materials, and Supply Chain teams.
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Â Intermediate Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
- Â Intermediate English proficiency.
- Â Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
