Location: Fully Remote, USA. Must live and work within the USA.
Job Overview:
 The Content Operations Associate will be responsible for tasks related to the development and deployment of K-12 test materials.Â
Job Responsibilities:
Use process documents for quality control tasksÂ
Learn CAI’s systems to complete tasksÂ
Create and QC test forms and test configuration filesÂ
Conduct quality control reviews of test materialsÂ
Monitor work done by outside vendorsÂ
Job Requirements:Â
Bachelor’s degreerequired and 0-2 years of experience in project or operations managementÂ
Excellent computer knowledge, specifically in Excel preferredÂ
Analytical skills and attention to detailÂ
Ability toidentify problems and conceptualize solutionsÂ
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesÂ
High level of organization and the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/ projects simultaneouslyÂ
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environmentÂ
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, Bilingual Spanish preferredÂ
Ability to travel up to 10% (up to 3-4 times a year).Â
