💵Compensation: 45k gross year to 55k gross year / or B2B up to 350 euros/day

📋 What You'll Architect

As aSenior Databricks Data Engineer, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making.

This role is both technical and consultative — perfect for someone who can combinehands-on data engineering,cloud platform expertise, andsolution design to deliver strategic Data & AI initiatives. We're looking for professionals who think like architects and act like builders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalabledata pipelines usingDatabricks,PySpark,Python andSQL.

• Build and optimisebatch andnear real-time data processing solutions on theMicrosoft Azure ecosystem.

• Develop and maintain Delta Lake-based data architectures.

• Develop robust and scalabledata products andmodern data platform components supporting strategic business initiatives.

• Contribute toCI/CD implementation andautomationfor data solutions.

• Applyengineering best practicesaround source control, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

• Support Infrastructure-as-Code and environment standardisation initiatives.

• Ensure high standards ofdata quality,observability,monitoring,security, andoperational reliability.

• Collaborate withProduct Managers,Architects,Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

• Participate intechnical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture decisions.

• Supportplatform governance,cost optimisation, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience inData Engineering.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience withDatabricks.

• Proven experience building and maintainingmodern cloud data platforms.

• Experience working withinAgile delivery environments.

• Proven ability to work effectively indistributed and international teams.

• Professional proficiency inEnglish.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise with:

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.
