🎯 The Role

As aSenior Data Engineer (Azure), you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data integration and data platform solutions that support enterprise-wide reporting, analytics, and master data management initiatives.

You will work within a collaborative Agile team, helping consolidate data from multiple business systems into trusted, centralised data platforms that enable informed decision-making across the organisation.

Working Hours: Full-time
💵Compensation: Daily rate €250 – €300

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions within the Azure ecosystem

  • Build and support enterprise data platforms that consolidate information from multiple source systems

  • Develop ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, validate, and distribute business-critical data

  • Contribute to data modelling, data quality, and governance initiatives

  • Support Master Data Management (MDM) processes and ensure consistency across systems

  • Work with structured and semi-structured data from ERP, business applications, APIs, databases, and external sources

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions

  • Participate in deployment, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps best practices

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration

👤 What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or Data Integration Engineer

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Strong SQL and database development skills

  • Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines

  • Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azure services(Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, or similar)

  • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems and applications

  • Strong understanding of data modelling and data integration concepts

  • Experience working with APIs, JSON, CSV, and other common integration formats

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in English

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience withAzure Databricks

  • Experience withPySpark or Spark-based processing frameworks

  • Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) solutions

  • Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Exact, etc.)

  • Experience with Talend or similar ETL platforms

  • Familiarity with Power BI and reporting ecosystems

  • Experience working in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or multi-entity enterprise environments

  • Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks

Final offers are based onexperience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
