šÆ The Role
AtKeyrus, we are looking for aSenior Production Support / DevOps Engineer to support and operate enterprise Java-based platforms in close collaboration with development teams.
This role focuses onapplication reliability, cloud operations, and observability, ensuring stable, secure, and performant systems across Azure environments.
The position sits within the same delivery unit as Java developers, acting as a key link betweendevelopment, cloud, and operations.
šJob location: Pune or Bangalore (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office)
šContract type: Permanent
šTarget start date: April / May 2026
ā°Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), shifts switch betweenAPAC andGMT timezone
APAC shift: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST
EMEA shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
India General shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST
šµCompensation: INR 20,00,000 ā 42,00,000 per year

š„ Your Impact
In this role, you will:
Provideproduction support for business-critical applications, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.
Work closely withdevelopment teams to support application troubleshooting, includinglog analysis and root cause investigation.
Support and monitorREST APIs and distributed application components.
Operate and support applications deployed onAzure Kubernetes (AKS).
Manage and support cloud services onMicrosoft Azure, including:
Azure Cosmos DB
Azure SQL Server
Azure Static Web Apps
Blob Storage
Static Web Apps
SupportSnowflake environments for data access and operational troubleshooting.
PerformUnix/Linux operational tasks and environment-level troubleshooting.
Execute and supportDevOps processes, including deployments, releases, and environment validation.
Implement and usemonitoring and observability practices to proactively identify incidents.
Handle incidents, service requests, and changes usingServiceNow.
Manage batch processing and scheduling activities usingControl-M.
Maintain technical and operational documentation inConfluence.
UseGitHub andAzure DevOps (ADO) for source control, pipelines, and collaboration.
Collaborate within Agile delivery teams and contribute to continuous service improvement.

š¤ What Weāre Looking For
Must-haves
At least5 years of strong experience inProduction Support / DevOps roles within enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience supporting applications, including troubleshooting andlog analysis.
Experience withUnix/Linux systems is a good-to-have.
Experience supportingAPIs and service-based architectures.
Strong experience withMicrosoft Azure, including:
Kubernetes (AKS)
Azure Cosmos DB
Azure SQL Server
Azure Static Web Apps
Blob Storage
Proficiency inSQL
Experience with GitHub
Good understanding ofDevOps practices and operational workflows.
Experience withMonitoring and Observability tools, preferablyDynatrace.
Experience withSnowflake is a good to have (available to upskill)
Nice-to-haves
Java / Springboot knowledge
Experience in consulting environments
Exposure to international or multicultural projects
