🎯 The Role

As aData Analyst, you will work at the intersection ofdata, technology, and business, helping transformcomplex datasets into actionable insights that supportbusiness, compliance, and operational decision-making.

You will collaborate withmultidisciplinary teams in aninternational environment and contribute todata-driven initiatives that improvereporting, controls, and business performance.

⏰Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)
💵Compensation: €35,000 – €45,000/year

In this role, you will:

• Gather and analysebusiness requirements from stakeholders.

• Translatebusiness needs into data workflows and reporting solutions.

• DevelopDataiku workflows and reconciliation processes.

• Create impactfulPower BI dashboards and visualizations.

• Monitordata quality and performvalidation activities.

• Generateactionable insights to supportdecision-making.

• Supportcompliance, controls, and operational reporting initiatives.

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.

• 3+ years of experience inData Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.

• Dataiku DSS experience.

• StrongPower BI skills.

• AdvancedSQL knowledge.

• Experience withdata validation, reconciliation, and reporting.

• Stronganalytical and communication skills.

• Fluency inEnglish.

• Must be aPortuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.

Nice-to-haves

• Python.

• Banking or Financial Servicesexperience.

• Data Governance exposure.

• Regulatory reporting knowledge.

• French language skills.

• Alteryx or similar workflow automation tools.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based onexperience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
