Desired candidate profile:

· Minimum required years of experience: 5 YOE in Color Design for Apparel

· Education requirements: Bachelors or equivalent experience

Top must-have skills include the following:

· Strategic color work, color pallet building and application of color

· Strong color storytelling, comfortable presenting ideas

· Portfolio: storytelling, mood boards, variability in types of experience

Nice to have skills:

· Experience with Outdoor, streetwear, or performance apparel - fashionable and utilitarian style

· This role is very dynamic, Fortune 500 company experience, has a mindset for start up environments

· Understands trends and the market place

· Previous client/industry experience preference: Yes
