Responsibilities
  • Act as the Platform Architect, leading the strategic vision and providing industry best practice advice for the Collibra platform.
  • Oversee solution design, integration, and ensure the platform's scalability and adoption.
  • Guide the team in maximizing Collibra's out-of-the-box functionalities.
  • Partner with internal technology teams to implement platform requirements effectively.
  • Translate high-level goals into detailed business requirements, ensuring a clear and traceable path.
  • Provide architectural guidance and support to the development team.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback on the platform's performance and user adoption.
  • Stay updated with the latest Collibra platform updates and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and align the platform's capabilities accordingly.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Collibra platform expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of data management and governance practices.
  • Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and architecture principles.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, providing clear direction and guidance.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
