Job Title: Collections Associate
Location: Peel Region, ON
Job Type: Temporary - Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$22.00/hour
Work Model: Hybrid

• Daily collections and follow up of problem receivables
• Dealings with customers, branch administrators and managers
• Extensive phone and computer work
• Investigating short payments
• Balancing contract amounts
• Reconciling accounts
• Various other projects and tasks as required
• Data Entry, minimum 60 words per minute

• Minimum of 3 years credit and collections experience
• Knowledge of accounting principals
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills - ability to effectively deal with both external and internal customers
• Assertive, with a positive, take-charge attitude
• PC fluency focusing on Microsoft Office, Dynamics, Excel is a must, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records
