Position Summary
- Provides day-to-day support for client digital collaboration and unified communications platforms. Assists with incident resolution, service requests, device provisioning, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks supporting enterprise collaboration services.
- Works under the guidance of senior team members to maintain reliable, secure, and effective communication tools for business users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for collaboration technologies, resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.
- Support user administration, configuration, provisioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Assist with deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of collaboration and communications systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve service issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and user instructions.
- Support conference rooms, audio/visual systems, digital signage, and collaboration endpoints.
- Assist with testing and validation of system changes, upgrades, and new features.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration, unified communications, or IT infrastructure technologies.
Experience supporting one or more of the following:Â
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft 365
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Cisco Unity Connection
- Cisco Webex
- Cisco Jabber
- Contact Center platforms
- Apple iPhone/mobile device management
- Video conferencing and conference room technologies
- Audio/Visual systems and digital signage
- Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience using ITSM tools for incident and request management.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Voice and collaboration services.
- Basic understanding of contact center technologies.
- Experience supporting mobile devices, conferencing systems, and collaboration applications.
- Strong customer service, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Education:
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
