What We're Looking For

We are looking for a senior Machine Learning Engineer who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real business outcomes. Beyond strong technical expertise, the ideal candidate should demonstrate product thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience building enterprise-grade AI systems that solve complex business problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade Machine Learning solutions.

• Advanced proficiency inPython for machine learning and data analysis, includingPandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.

• Expert-levelSQL skills for complex data querying, transformation, and performance optimization.

• Strong experience withAWS and big data technologies such asSpark, Hadoop, or Presto.

• Proven experience designing, building, and deployingenterprise LLM applications in production environments.

• Hands-on experience withRAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic AI workflows.

• Experience using modern LLM orchestration frameworks such asLangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar.

• Strong understanding ofproduction MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, deployment strategies, monitoring, and continuous optimization.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts, architectural decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Experience

• Strongproduct and customer-centric thinking, with the ability to design AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

• Experience collaborating closely withProduct Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

• Understanding ofbusiness metrics, product KPIs, and AI solution success measurement.

• Amazon Redshift Experience for large-scale data warehousing.

Nice to Have

• Experience with recommendation systems, semantic search, retrieval optimization, or search ranking.

• Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise security considerations.
