Position Location - Latam (Remote).
Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the East/West Coast time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deployagentic AI prototypes end-to-end to enhance the company’s procurement platform and related products.
Architect and implementagent-based systems using AWS-native services, with a strong focus onAmazon Bedrock, AgentCore and Amazon Strands SDK.
Translate business and product needs into scalable agentic architectures, validating ideas quickly through working prototypes.
Develop high-quality, production-ready code primarily inPython, following best engineering practices.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to integrate agentic solutions into existing systems.
Leveragedata science and ML concepts to improve decision-making, automation, and intelligence within agent workflows.
Support deployment, monitoring, and iteration of agentic solutions usingCI/CD pipelines and AWS DevOps practices.
Continuously evaluate emerging agentic frameworks, tools, and AWS capabilities to keep solutions cutting-edge.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience designing and implementingAgentic AI architectures in real-world scenarios.Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade architectures is required.
Strong experience working inAWS environments, including deep knowledge ofAmazon Bedrock, AgentCore andAmazon Strands SDK.
Advanced Python skills, with experience building, testing, and deploying complex systems.
Solid background inData Science / Machine Learning, including working with models, data pipelines, and experimentation.
Practical experience withCI/CD and DevOps concepts (infrastructure, deployment, monitoring), preferably in AWS.
Experience buildingprototypes that evolve into production solutions—this is a hands-on builder role, not research-only.
Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of ideas, and move fast from concept to deployment.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect technical decisions to business impact.
