Role: Appointment Setter / SDR
Monthly Rate: $1250-1450
Availability:40 hours/week

3ļøā£1-Minute Introduction Video ā Record a short introduction video (preferably usingLoom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out thesevideo tips andsample videos.Important: By submitting your video, you grant Coconut permission to share it on our platforms to help increase your chances of being matched with a client. Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.
Experience Needed:
- Outbound cold calling from existing lead lists
- Set appointments for closers to run presentations and close new clients
- Work from leads already being scraped and loaded into their CRM
- Potentially support lead generation and data scraping if needed
- Use existing scripts/processes and help refine them over time
Good to have:
- B2B sales background over direct-to-consumer sales
- Apollo familiarity
- Zoho familiarity
- Solar industry background, with the caveat that installer-facing experience is more relevant than homeowner solar sales
Non-negotiable Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- CRM experience
- B2B sales experience preferred strongly enough to screen for it in sourcing
