Inside Sales Manager I (EMEA)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales team member that thrives in a sales cycle environment. This member of the team will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives while collaborating with other Business Development team members.
EssentialResponsibilitiesÂ
- Achieves quarterly and annual lead generation goals as outlined in sales incentive comp plan.Â
- Handles inbound client calls, qualifies leads and if appropriate grows client relationships at the appropriate levels.Â
- Collaborates effectively with Business Development Directors in business unit; brings potential opportunities to their attention.Â
- Effectively transfers accounts and client information to Business Development Directors.Â
- Manages annual expense budget and submits expense reports for reimbursement on approval timelines.Â
- Expands client requests upselling for business unit when possible.Â
- Provides weekly sales activity report to management.Â
- Develops client call cycle to achieve objectives and sales planÂ
- Provides general intelligence on key competitors.Â
- Sells the business unit’s capabilities leveraging differentiation frameworkÂ
- Recognizes and communicates sales opportunities for other business units.Â
- Establishes and manages customer expectations.Â
- Collaborates with companywide resources to achieve superior customer satisfaction.Â
- Organizes and hosts client visits if required.Â
- Uses SFDC to manage internal communication and document territory and client information as required for the business unit.Â
- Responsible for Opportunity Management and accurate pipeline forecasting.Â
- Maintains frequent email and phone contact with clients to grow and expand business relationships.Â
- Leverages Marketing, SMEs and Operations Staff to support client discussions and heighten clients’ awareness of BU services.Â
- Evaluates quotations and provides input to ensure client and company requirements are met.Â
- Collaborates effectively with sales executives from other business units to bring potential opportunities to their attention.Â
- Leverage Social Selling techniques and tools to reach clients through digital channels sharing information including Fortrea services, web conferences, industry meetings, SME news, etc.Â
- Creating leads from literature and industry events including peer reviewed journals, poster/symposium presenters and attendee lists.Â
- Establishes, nurtures and grows client relationships at the appropriateÂ

Education/Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor's degree in life science or business field preferredÂ
- Moderate industry knowledgeÂ
- Functional scientific/technical expertise in specific areas of drug developmentÂ
Â
Experience:Â
- Commercial/sales experienceÂ
- Other required work-related experiencesÂ
