The Senior AI Trainer drives enterprise AI literacy and adoption through handsâon enablement and disciplined Organizational Change Management. This role designs and delivers roleâbased training that enables employees to use approved AI tools safely and effectively, with an initial focus on Microsoft Copilot and enterprise workflows. It owns endâtoâend AI enablementâfrom executive sessions to global trainâtheâtrainer programsâensuring adoption is measurable, sustainable, and aligned with governance.
Summary of Responsibilities
Design and deliver a structured AI training strategy with Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced learning pathways aligned to enterprise outcomes.
Create personaâbased, workflowâdriven learning journeys for executives, leaders, functional teams, and specialists.
Develop and maintain highâquality training assets (instructorâled and selfâpaced), including decks, labs, guides, videos, prompt packs, FAQs, and trainer kits.
Deliver global AI enablement through workshops, webinars, coaching, and handsâon, scenarioâbased sessions tied to real business workflows.
Teach practical AI and GenAI concepts, including prompt patterns, limitations, validation practices, and humanâinâtheâloop controls.
Lead Microsoft Copilot and M365 enablement, ensuring responsible, effective dayâtoâday usage aligned with security and privacy requirements.
Measure training effectiveness and adoption, continuously improving content and scaling impact through a global trainâtheâtrainer and champion community model.
Qualifications (Minimum Required)
Bachelorâs degree (or equivalent experience) in Education, Organizational Development, IT, Business, or related field
Masterâs preferred
5 - 7+ yearsâ experience delivering enterprise training/enablement, with evidence of creating curriculum and delivering instructor-led programs at scale
Experience (Minimum Required)
Strong working knowledge of AI and GenAI concepts, with the ability to explain them clearly to nonâtechnical audiences in a practical, workflowâbased way.
Proven experience delivering Microsoft technology training (M365 and Copilotârelated enablement strongly preferred).
Experience building and operating knowledge hubs or learning portals for AI literacy, approved tools, and safeâuse guidance.
Practical experience enabling advanced users and AI agents, including responsible use, governance, and validation practices.
Demonstrated Organizational Change Management capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, reinforcement, and adoption measurement.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep expertise in GenAI/LLMs, prompting techniques, agentic workflows, evaluation basics, and responsible AI practices.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, Copilot or Agent Administration certifications, or Microsoft MVP).
Experience in life sciences, CRO, healthcare environments, or formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci).
