
Project Management Team Leader - Roading and Structures
Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for delivering successful projects? We're looking for a Project Management Team Leader to lead, support, and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of capital projects in theroading and structures area for our community.
In this role you will be:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with Council project management frameworks, lifecycle methodologies, and governance requirements.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, risks, and reporting to support successful project outcomes.
- Support the planning and delivery of capital works programmes, ensuring projects meet scope, quality, time, and cost objectives.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and external partners.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.Â
- Project management qualifications.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing project teams.
- Strong project management knowledge and experience delivering capital projects in the Roading or Structures area.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
